You will be charged for your first month in advance, and then put on our automatic billing system which insures you are charged the lowest possible rental price based on how long you keep your knee walker for.
If your rental fees add up to our retail price, you own it.
If you are unhappy with your knee walker, let us know within the first seven days you receive it, and we will send you a completely free exchange.

I rented this knee walker when I ruptured may Achilles. The person I spoke with initially was very friendly and I received the walker the next day. I found the wheels getting caught in any cracks or even rolling over small pieces of mulch on pavements causing nerve wracking episodes. This led me to do further research and I ended up buying an all terrain model. What a difference. My main problem is the fact that after having packed the knee walker and returned it, I got a call telling me that it was damaged when it arrived back. The unit was not damaged when I shipped it and I told the representative as much. I was told that further research would be made and I would be kept posted. Now I find that $257 has been deducted from my account. No cool. It would have been nice to have been given further update before the deduction was made especially considering the unit was in perfect condition when shipped.

Great product & service
At the suggestion of my surgeon I rented a northrup knee walker to help my recovery from fusion surgery on three joints. It made it so easy to get around vs. crutches or walker. I returned it once I was weight bearing, a month later I went back to non weight bearing thanks to a stress fracture. I literally called while my cast was being fitted and knee walker central kindly shipped it out for arrival the next day (a Saturday). I'm so grateful. Plus the person I spoke with showed empathy. Having been through a ten week recovery, facing four more, the kindness was appreciated. Thank you!

Better than expected
This proved to be a nifty little device. It helped me more than I expected after my doctor recommended it to me. I like to spend a lot of time outdoors and this walker helped me do exactly that. The pad was comfortable and it’s incredibly easy to steer. My only real complaint is that I didn’t know about it when I was recovering from a broken ankle 5 years ago.

Great waterproof cast cover
I rented the Northrup Knee Walker after I severely injured my foot in a car accident. I really like the way the makers of this product really thought of everything. I particularly enjoyed the waterproof cast cover, as it made it MUCH easier than I thought to take a shower. I’ve never been injured before this and am not used to equipment like this, but it was easy to assemble and use. It made my life much easier when my foot was recovering and I’ve been telling everyone about it!
