The Petite knee walker is ideal for adults and some children shorter than 5'2" that desire to reclaim their lifestyle while recovering from a foot and/or ankle injury. The knee pad extends down to a height of 13.25", which is lower than all of our other units. A bonus is a tight turning radius and a small frame makes it easier to maneuver around. The wheels are the same size as common knee walker units at 8". These features allow for the safe mobility for those customers with a shorter leg to floor measurement!

Tiny wheels can be dangerous

I love having this scooter and the freedom it brings. When I am inside a building and the floors are smooth, the scooter is wonderful. Unfortunately, I live in NYC and spend a great deal of time on the sidewalk. Again, when it's relatively smooth that's great. However, bigger cracks and debris like sticks can cause the scooter to crash. I've had 3 falls so far and they were scary. Please be careful and watch the ground in front of you.
