How The Rental Process Works

1. Rent

Look over our website to find the knee walker that fits your lifestyle best. Our product pages are packed with key information, and our comparison chart highlights the differences between every available knee scooter. Since knee walkers are the entire focus of our business, we know all the ins and outs of each model. We love to be there for people as a resource for advice & guidance. If we can help in any way, please call us at (800) 893-1264 . You can rent your knee walker through our secure site, or by calling us to process your order for you.

2. Receive

We know regaining your mobility is very important, which is why we offer same-day shipping and next day delivery (depending on your location). We have four shipping locations across the USA to ensure your knee walker arrives as quickly as possible. Cut-off times vary by location . Call us at (800) 893-1264 and we’ll be happy to provide you more information.  Keep your box!

3. Ride

You can keep your knee walker for as long as you’d like. If you pass your rental end date, we will put you on our 2 week billing system at our regular rates so you can focus on recovering. We check the tracking number on the return-shipping label sent with your rental packet prior to billing to see if the knee walker is back in FedEx's possession. This process ensures you are not billed for any excess time. 

4. Return

When you've recovered, place your knee walker in the box you received it in, and attach the included shipping label to the outside of the box. You are responsible for return shipping. If you ship with the FedEx/UPS label that we have included, shipping is included with your rental. We also offer a FedEx/UPS pickup of your unit for a $13.00 fee.
